The large space, which was a warehouse, can be used freely for any plan.

This hole can be accommodated up to 40 people or more.

首都大学東京と協働での

空き倉庫改修プロジェクト

元は農協が保有していた米蔵。

このデザインや作りを活かして、首都大学東京の権藤研究室ゼミ生たちの

企画や構想をもとに改修を行いました。

毎月のように通い、ついに2017年7月完成。

地域のイベントスペースやレンタルスペースとして使用できるようにしました！

The project for refurbishment for unused warehouse collaborating with Tokyo Metropolitan University

Based on plans and ideas of professor Gondo laboratory’s students in Tokyo Metropolitan University, renovation of the rice storage which the agricultural cooperatives once owned, was carried out utilizing present condition of interior and structure of it.

For this task , they visited to Iwasawa as every month, and finally the renovation was completed in July 2017. Thus, this warehouse can be used as regional event space and rental space!
