その名「公博」から一字をもらい「博」と名付けられました。

「十」には十分・完全・全部の意味があり、「専」は手で田畑の苗を植える様子を表しています。

このことから「博」は棚田を無駄なく使い、手塩に苗を育てる棚田の情景も表しています。

This rice is made in the rice terraces of Iwasawa mountain.

In this terrace rice has a temperature difference between day and night, therefor fog occurs there. It is said that according of this temperature difference, it can be produced good quality rice

In addition, heavy winter snow soaks into the ground and becomes spring water.

These elements are creating good environment for rice production.

Therefore, the climate is severe, it has been nurtured carefully in rich land that is sufficient for rice cultivation.

In addition, the brand name hiro is a name given to one character from the name "kimi -hiro" with the gratitude to the person named Kimi-hiro who is the owner of terrace rice

The Chinese character "Haku"(博) has two significant parts. For left part "ten"(十) has the meaning of "full, complete, all", and for right the "specialty "(専) represents the image of planting seedlings in the fields carefully by manual work

In this way, the Chinese character “Haku” has an image of using rice terraces without waste and doing the work for raising a seedling carefully
